Refdan company was established in 1998, in Islaz, Teleorman county, having as its main activity, till 2000, the provision of auxiliary services for vegetable production. After 2000, the business starts renting agricultural lands and the cultivation of them, surfaces situated in the countys of Teleorman and Olt, that have constantly grown starting from 52 ha to 2500 ha in 2021. From 2006 Refdan starts investing constantly in equipment and modern machinery, but also in the acquisition, construction and modernization of office spaces, production and storage, reaching to own work points in Islaz, Corabia and Turnu Magurele and a capacity of storage of 105.000 tons.

At the moment, the business offers, besides the activities for establishment, maintenance, commerce with cereal plants, fodder plants, technical plants, oilseeds plants etc. and a complete spectrum of logistical services at the most high standards, being the only multimodal operator in the are with a portfolio that includes solutions for road, railway and fluvial transportation.
